Eligibility
The IBhubesi hunting and safari giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, age 18 years or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of IBhubesi hunting and safaris, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible.

Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins on 1 July 2025 and ends on 31 December 2025
How to Enter
There are two ways to enter:
a) Online Entry: Visit ibhubesihuntingsafaris.com and complete the entry form during the giveaway Period or contact us directly.
b) Mail-in Entry: Mail a postcard with your full name, address, phone number, and email to: IBhubesi hunting and Safaris. PO Box 154 Kensal ND 58455, Mail-in entries must be postmarked by 31 December 2025 and received before deadline
Limit 10 entries per person/email address, regardless of entry method. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
Winner Selection
The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about January 2026, from all eligible entries received during the giveaway Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone within five (5) business days of the drawing. Winner must respond within seven (7) days to confirm eligibility, sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (where permitted), or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, employees, agents, and advertising partners from any and all liability arising from participation or prize use. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the giveaway in the event of fraud, technical failure, or other unforeseen issues.
Taxes
All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued.
Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes without further compensation or permission, unless prohibited by law.
Governing Law
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota, without regard to conflict of law principles.
